Philippe Wynne was lead voice with the (Detroit) Spinners on their early '70s Atlantic hits including 'I'll be around', 'Could it be I'm falling in love', 'Then came you' and 'Rubberband man', but left the group due to ill health and pursued a solo career. This is his final album, for Sugar Hill in 1983, produced by Bunny Sigler, featuring his distinctive, warm baritone voice and including hit 45 'You ain't going anywhere but gone' plus a bonus track with Phillipe as guest vocalist.
