This issue has the embossed gatefold sleeve with large dollar bill insert and sheet of stamps/postcards which are intact but partly detached from the inside sleeve. Also includes the original picture inner sleeve.
The sleeve has a tear from an old removed price sticker (not shown in the stock image).
