|Returning items||Incorrect or Faulty items
If you have received items that you are unhappy with, or that prove to be faulty, you can return them to us and we will make every effort to replace them for you. If a replacement cannot be offered, we will refund your credit/debit card. Alternatively, you could have a credit placed on your Vinyl Exchange online account (this will be automatically deducted when you next place an order) or you can choose to have a replacement item to the same value. Please return the item(s) with your original invoice and make clear which item(s) you are unhappy with. Also, please indicate your preferred refund method. Please post to:
