US promo copy of the long lost 1974 LP which has a promo sticker on the sleeve and "Promotion Not For Sale" printed on the label. It was withdrawn from record stores in early 1975, seven weeks after release, due to a lawsuit between Warner music publishing and Badfinger's management so original copies are quite hard to find.

Slight wear to the sleeve but vinyl is in really nice condition.
