70s UK pressing (matrix 749-4/750-2U) of the superb 1969 album, has correctly aligned Apple on reverse of sleeve and 'Her Majesty' credit on label.

Quite a few surface marks on the vinyl and sleeve has some creases and one large tear in the laminate.
