'The Dub Album They Didn't Want You To Hear!' was a legendary Roots Dub Reggae album by the master engineer Scientist (Hickory Lewis), originally recorded around 1980 for Hyman "Jah Life" Wright's Jah Life Records. Recorded during the golden age of Jamaican dub, it features deep, heavy-hitting dub reworks and mixes tied to classic roots rhythms—serving as the dub counterpart to projects like Flick Wilson’s School Days album.
