All stock shown is also available in our busy shop as well as on Discogs, so there may be times when items have sold elsewhere before being removed from our inventory. In these rare instances, we shall endeavour to let you know, and refund your payment, as soon as possible.

We try to maintain the accuracy of the stock list but cannot always 100% guarantee availability of items ordered. Please bear this in mind when ordering from us.

Brand new stock may have been opened as we are a retail shop and sleeves have to go out in the racks.

Our mail order department is not always staffed at the weekend, so there may be a short delay in confirming your orders or answering any questions you have. Thanks for your patience.

Please note that we are a busy independent shop and do not always have time to play individual records, take photographs of sleeves etc. We take grading very seriously and stand by our gradings, but there are not enough hours in the day to respond to every detailed question, especially for cheaper or in demand items.

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail, though for larger or more expensive orders, a courier may be required.

Orders can be collected in person from our shop in Manchester city centre; just select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout.

We ship via Royal Mail, however overseas parcels over 2kg will need to be shipped via a courier. This may well cost more than the amount you are charged, so if this is the case, we will contact you to arrange any extra payment due.

We always remove records from unsealed 12"/LP sleeves before packing to avoid seam splits, however if you are ordering brand new stock that may be sealed, and you would like us to open the cellophane so we can ship the records outside of the sleeve, please add a note to your order.

Many overseas customers, particularly EU-based, ordering through this site will be liable to pay import tax upon delivery; You as the purchaser hold full responsibility for ensuring that this is paid and not Vinyl Exchange. We will not take responsibility for any additional costs you incur by importing these goods. If you are unable to pay your import fee, or refuse to, and the goods are returned to us, we will reserve the right to deduct the cost of the original and return shipping fees, along with any costs incurred on recovering the goods, from your final refund.
