German re-issue of this sought after Jazz album. Originally issued in 1961. Recorded at Plaza Sound Studios in New York, May 8th, 1961. Eric Dolphy & Don Ellis play a lead role on what is George Russell's most famous small group. 'Ezz-Thetic' features the Bass Clarinet Solo on the Monk classic 'Round Midnight'.
