His ability to speak through his machines knows no bounds and that is never clearer than across a longer work like this six-track mini album. 'Conspectus' sets the scene with beautiful, crystalline synths which unfurl in a distant cosmic world. There are more turbulent moments along the way, like 'Infiltrator' which has some fluttery metal sounds that remind of Kraftwerk, while 'Renewed' is dialled into club energy with a rickety rhythm and charged up electricity coursing through the synths.9)
