(2539) Seventh Sign Recordings honour the late Graham Kerr, better known as Kerso, who was a much-loved Rubadub regular but sadly passed away last year. The heartfelt EP from MFC celebrates his core loves - music and his cherished Motherwell FC. 'No Strings' kicks off with some classy Detroit techno from the early days of Transmat with sleek drums and soulful strings. 'Cosmic Caurs' is another sophisticated techno sound with sleek drums and filtered synths passing over the dubby drums. 'Get Oan This' cuts a little more loose with layers of percussion and funkier drum patterns while 'Morning Mills' is a grittier affair with sap in the kick and hits and rugged synth loops amping up the pressure.
