Rare UK original of the 1972 soundtrack LP from this British experimental rock and prog/folk band.
Featuring: hand drums, violin/viola, oboe/recorder, and cello, rooted in the medieval, but with Eastern ethnic elements and aesthetically "rock" avant-garde. This is their most famous release - a soundtrack to Roman Polanski's "Macbeth".
Issued in a textured cover but without the original EMI/Harvest inner sleeve.
