(21/34) Apollo is a new concept from Shadow Child, spread across 3 EPs which throw back to the 90s melodic Techno and Progressive Trance sound. Although his roots are firmly in Breakbeat-Rave, he was also captivated by the big room sound of labels like R&S, Guerilla, Hard Hands and Sven Väth’s Harthouse from that same period of time. Shadow Child's studio is full of old equipment that fuelled that original European sound so he quickly found himself focussing on a bunch of tracks that are heavily influenced by some really special music that often gets forgotten.
