Jazz and pop singer Armando Joseph “Buddy” Greco (1926-2017) had a long career both in the US and UK. His recordings sold millions. In particular, his most successful single, “The Lady Is a Tramp”, sold over one million copies. During his career, he recorded over sixty albums, conducted the London Symphony Orchestra, and performed for Queen Elizabeth II and with The Beatles. Presented here in their entireties are two of his best albums: Songs for Swinging Losers (Epic SE-3) and Buddy Greco Live [aka My Buddy] (Epic BN-557) –the latter LP containing “The Lady Is a Tramp” –, along with five bonus tracks.
