The content is part of various material recorded over weeks in 1967 for an aborted double-album follow-up to "Safe As Milk". Die-cut 'window' cover with pasted in silver & black/white half-tone liner, opening at spine. Black & silver "Buddah" labels.

The 'broken mirror' part of the cover is creased - typical of this fragile design.
