Released on the Toronto-based label Parallel Minds (which Ciel co-founded), Homesick stands as a major landmark: it is both the label's first full-length LP and Ciel’s debut artist album. The release marks a deeply personal chapter for the producer, blending contemporary club rhythms with shoegaze textures and the traditional sounds of her home country.
