"Collaborative project by Gregor Asch, aka DJ Olive ("illbient" plastician and musicophiliac translistener turned sound fragment mixer, sculptor of vinyl matter, choreographer of audible bodies and movements) and Jean-Paul Dessy (masterful horizon-widener, new music surveyor, and cellist). Playing with them are the musicians of the Ensemble Musiques Nouvelles: violinists, cellists, a flutist, a trombonist... who, invited by the two accomplices, generously contribute their instrumental inventions in order to develop mixed pieces that play with sparks, scratches and caresses."
