"Is Stupid When" is a 1996 EP by UK hardcore and gabber artist DJ Psycangle (an alias of veteran rave producer Chris Howell, better known as Luna-C). Pressed on white vinyl and released via Howell's Malice Records, this underground release is a classic slice of mid-90s hardcore techno. The record features the titular A-side track alongside two heavy-hitting B-sides: "It's Not A Drug It's An Acid" and "The Way To Hell Is - Right Here."
