(25/40) Kyoto Jazz Massive return with a powerful new album that comes 30 years after their debut in collaboration with Paris-based Echoes Of A New Dawn Orchestra. After two years of live shows together, they've recorded four tracks, including three big-hearted and strident disco originals, 'Power,' 'Love Wars' and 'Impulsive Procession' as well as a new studio version of 'Stand Up.' The album also features EOANDO's vibrant cover of KJM's hit 'Substream" and their signature 'EOANDO's Theme'. Vocalists Vanessa Freeman and Bembe Segue bring plenty of soul and energy to these tunes, which blend jazz funk, gospel, disco, Afro and broken beats into bold, genre-blending sounds.
