(26/36) While his name has been floating around for a while via party line-ups and production credits, Larry Latenight has thus far managed to protect his real identity. It's a fine example of, to borrow a cliche, "letting the music do the talking". The music contained on his second self-released EP certainly does that. He begins with the warped electronics and acid-clad tech-house shuffle of 'The Bug', before repurposing mid-90s tech-house and deep trance sonics on locked-in house workout 'Animal Attraction'. 'Tellafren' is a chunky, rolling slab of bass-heavy tech-house topped off with dancehall style toaster vocals, while 'Felicity's Groove' is a deep, percussive, wonky and mind-mangling peak-time workout.
