(15/45) The first edition of International Feel's mini LP series sees Australian sound-sculptor Len Leise return to the label with the polyrhythmic, multi-layered beauty of mini LP "Lingua Franca". Channelling the otherworldly ambience of early Innovative Communication, the fusion of Windham Hill and the forward thinking tribalism of Eno and Hassell, Leise weaves liquid tabla, shimmering bells, fluid bass and breathy sax around the metallic staccato of marimba and stiff drum machines.
