Dark, tension-taught, cinematic dub-breaks hybrid here from newcomer Macker. A Manchester producer showing some serious skills in the sound design department. "Untitled" hints at an Event Horizon apocalypse as neck-snapping snares and bowl-moving 808s subs cushion the sound of abandoned space ships being torn apart as they reach the vortex. Stark and barren but with a plethora of dystopian atmospheres brewing from the off, there's hints of Photek's patented brand of sci-fi jungle cloaked in Macker's mystic shadows.
