Happy Hardcore rework of Zoe "Sunshine On A Rainy Day", This track was supposed to be the first release on a new label called First Recordings. This label was to be ran by Slipmatt, but financially backed by XL Recordings. XL were going to get involved because of Happy Hardcore's popularity in 1996, and due to their association with Slipmatt from the SL2 days. However, due to problems of clearance for samples/ vocal on "Sunshine" the tune could not be released. The label was put on the backburner, and nothing ever happened regarded it. The 1997 remix of 'On A Ragga Tip' was also supposed to be released through the label, but ended up coming out on XL.
