'You're Nogood' was recorded at a 1967 performance, in which Terry Riley set about deconstructing a great slice of obscure R&B (titled 'You're No Good') editing the original track and mixing in his own content, spun from Moog synthesizer, tape loops and feedback. The outcome is a strange, at times very poppy and uplifting experience that might be thought of as a very early form of remixing in the plunderphonic tradition.
