70s reissue of 1967 album with insert. Black / Silver label with 2 boxed EMI logos, laminated g/fold sleeve. Matrix number YEX 637-2 / YEX 638-3 stamped on run out groove.

The rear of the sleeve has some damage - it looks like it was stuck to another record and has torn at the bottom.
