Live In Cincinnati & San Francisco. Not an unofficial release but self-released by the band and their manager Dick O'Dell, as confirmed by Viv Albertine in Zoe Street Howe's book "Typical Girls?" (page 172): "Dick did a fabulous bootleg. We bootlegged ourselves and sold it on Portobello!"
