Recorded in New York, April,1948 for Bob Shand's "Sittin' In With" label, initially incognito as Wardell was under contract to Benny Goodman at the time and banned from outside recordings and also recorded in Hollywood, June 1950. Featuring musicians Clyde Lombardi, Red Callender, "Doc" West, Tiny Kahn, Al Haig, Dodo Marmarosa & Wardell Gray.
