(2539) Skee Mask and Lara Fein have launched a new label, A Strange Child, and it kicks off a fresh chapter for the Ilian Tape stalwart. Munich producer Konrad Wehrmeister aka KP kicks off and 'Seller' is a great opening gambit with deft and dubby drums that surge at speed but with depth and atmosphere. 'DolphinProphG' is another quick-stepping house cut with dusty hi hats and louche chords and 'BloggerJ' carries on with the same vibe but with even more pace and intensity despite being minimal in design. 'FlewAM' shuts down with an eerie late-night synth energy and more tightly programmed, compelling kicks.
