John’s 1977 LP One World is counted amongst his very best work. Many, many mixes of the tracks were made during the recording sessions and there’s a selection of them here, often using the same guitar track but different vocals/keys/drums etc. Black Man At Your Shoulder was unreleased for fear of misinterpretation- it’s about our irrational fears, and features some terrific echoplex guitar.
This CD was released in 1999 and quickly withdrawn after action by Island, who own the One World album and therefore also the outtakes
